Why would they cannibalize SWSH when it's clear they intend to keep it alive as long as possible with expansions?
Please wait until Gen 11 for Let's Go Sinnoh (Gen 10 will be further Kanto retreads to celebrate 10 generations of Pokemon, please understand).
