>>42315135I don't mind the smaller dex, but it was pretty scummy how they tried to hide the cut Pokemon (and hid the reveal under the Treehouse part of E3). SWSH felt rushed for Christmas and was lacking in terms of content (battle tower is barren, next to no postgame, no legendaries to catch, no exploration aside from the empty wild area, etc). It's pretty fucking awful for Game Freak to charge 90 dollars for a finished product (they "brought back" move tutors, pokemon, and apricorns, all features that existed in previous games) when it used to cost 40 dollars. DLCs are just an excuse to make people pay more for video games. They could have given SWSH more content but they decided to split it into DLC for easy money. Not that people care really, they're used to it (third versions).
