It’s fucking depressing to think they only had the money to remaster those games by that point and that the reason the BIS remaster felt rushed wasn’t because they were getting lazy, but because they were out of money. Fuck Nintendo for watering down Paper Jam, they’re part of the reason that fucking excellent development team is gone for good, just because some higher-up couldn’t keep their bing bing wahoo autism in check.
