Can confirm, I've been scratching my head figuring out what pokemon wasn't working and I figured out it was my G-Max Alcremie, couldn't use it in ranked or casual.

The hack check is done server side, it can be fixed easily once they realize they fucked up.

I had the same problem launch week. I couldn't trade HA Blipbugs with Recover that I'd bred, but I could trade them if they evolved into Orbeetle. A few days later I could trade them no problem without Gamefreak patching the game,
