If you have two consoles, you could hack one and keep another for "online features".
If you wish to use only one console, there will be a higher risk of online ban, meaning it bans your console but not your account, but you can do it, for this it's recommended a high storage microSD card. You will want to run emunand at the begining. Remember you will also need to do everything offline. Follow the tutorials and you wont have a problem.

The “everyone will get banned for going online with cfw” talk is super exaggerated. I know a lot of people that have been online using cfw (without piracy ofc) since atmosphere released and none of them have gotten banned. I myself have been using sysmodules and save game managers heavily since swsh release and there is no ban in sight. People just tell you that you can get banned because we obviously can’t be sure that Nintendo won’t step up their game, so they would rather not use homebrew at all than having a chance of getting banned 5 years down the line.

to answer your question, you need to have the proper caught area, level encounter, check the gmax box, and have the dynamax level set to 10
