Sina and Dexio had little to do with the story, didn't give out Z stones, no official artwork etc plus Psychic already had Faba so Dexio was irrelevant

Except then you've got two Psychic-Type specialists in a generation that has clearly been evading making multiple characters share a type speciality given they were even willing to reuse characters for the E4 to avoid making new ones of that same type.

Fair but the Dragon and Flying z-stones weren't given by Ryuki or Kahili initially either. Nor did either of them have anything to do with the story.
Kahili only gave it out of random in USUM.

Kahili giving it out in USUM is why I included her while I put the missing or Ryuki on Dragon-Type because of that lack of connection, the reason why to even consider Ryuki is that he has a Gen VII Pokemon of his type speciality on his team, Sina does not, like Dexio her ace is an Eeveelution and unlike Dexio she doesn't even possess a Gen VII Pokemon on her team which at least Dexio does in his Post-Game battle team.

I don't count Battle Tree shit since that would also discredit any character having type speciality since they use Pokemon outside of their type speciality. Also Lillie's Comfey has Grassium just for definite that she isn't a Fairy-Type specialist.

I think it's pretty obvious, they wouldn't give us these 2 if they didn't plan on having them all eventually, it just means the others will come in future expansions.

Pretty sure I saw somewhere that there were 8 data spots left open after the gym leaders in SWSH's data.
