It's one of the biggest moneymakers for Nintendo, there's no way they will allow one of their golden geese to be sold in a bundle pack.
The best you will get is a version of the game with a steelbook and the DLC included for $100

We are talking about the The Pokemon Company, and they technically released Pokken Tournament DX that includes the Wii U versions DLC, Arcade Versions DLC and has it's own DLC
