I don't really dig the temtem designs that much, but the overall quality of the game is exremely superior to any pokemon game that was ever released, and that's just an alpha.
I saw someone streaming the game and for some reason the game crushed, it is expected behavior in an alpha obviously, but what blew me away was the fact that the game actually saved all progress and continued right before the crash.

It's an indie company and the game was crowdfunded, they will eventually introduce microtransactions to keep the servers running despite them saying they wont so the game will be ruined either way
The difference being i don't get charged an admission fee

Competition is good. But Temtem is... Eh.
I got the stress test key so I'll try it out tomorrow. But none of the mons have a easily recognizable design.

Disc Creatures was a fail (Plus I don't want to support Dangen Entertainment), so all we have left is Temtem and Coromon. Played Coromon's demo 2 days ago and it's good but not good enough. So I really hope Temtem is somewhat good.
