>>42329563Both teams are antagonistic towards the player character in the story, Meanies mainly in the early game through child-like bullying whereas ACT is more so leading the hunt against the player when they're outed as being human, Alakazam in particular is shown to be quite ruthless and it's only after being BTFO'd by Groudon that ACT comes to their senses and post-Rayquaza does a lot to turn Team Meanies particularly Gengar around from outright villains to more neutral characters.
