The only time blastoise looks good is when he's using the propoirtions he has in the Blue Cover art, and then gen 2/3 sprites, back when he had fangs, a shorter snount, a biger jaw, rounded cannon ports, a body that wasm't super fat, longer limbs which don't just taper down into tiny cones, and actual fingers/claws
