I’ve heard mixed things on this, they warned when it first came out that if you don’t renew your subscription your Pokemon were liable to be deleted but from what I understand that happening is very rare. If you resubscribe they’ll probably be there.

There are no mons 'from' PBR. They're DP event mons where the wc is from PBR. Not any different from any Gen 4 event mons. If you had mentioned Ranch you would have some point

It's all up to you man. I personally just like bring Pokémon I have a special bond with me up to my latest adventure. Certain Pokémon like my starter for example I usually tend to leave behind with their trainers I will however make them breed at the daycare and then bring that child forward to a new game.

Most likely still there, the amount of new subscribers at this point is pretty low so the likelihood of them selecting the space used to store your pokemon to over wright and give to a newcomer who's actually paying is low.
