It's a concept that would've suited a Pokemon more in the style of Claydol or Sigylph better, but they instead decided to make it a cutemon with weird proportions (but not too weird to where it's alien, so it's in an uncanny valley), the boots it has are ugly and the dirt looks ugly on them, and fuck the adventure time eyes.
