Are there any good fan games out there that aren't this and edgy shit, or at least something I can follow?

I played etherial gates but I legitimately can't find anything else on par or higher.

Solar Light Lunar Dark is good and its getting a new update this year.
New update will add
(Pokémon data, new megas, encounters, trainers, remade tiles and maps, and the battle island)

I also recommend Alchemist its kinda plain like Gaia but I enjoyed it.
