Use Totodile. Also get the phone numbers of people who call about rare Pokémon swarms. I can’t remember who they all are off the top of my head but I think Hiker Anthony and Preschooler Chad are two you want to look out for.

Don't get Anthony's number he only calls for Dunsparce.
Cyndaquil is op broken in gen 2 and can use thunderpunch to make totodile a little wimp.
If you can trade try and get Scizor.
Make sure you try and buy the Dratini from the game corner as well.

Don't grind at all, stock on revives and potions like crazy before entering E4. Try to avoid spoilers as much as possible.

It's nice and all that you're using a CRT but for god's sake fix that horizontal overscan

Go and buy all the shit you want until your money is spent completely
Once you do that, go and suicide grind in the E4, all the way until you fucking die, then give the winner a miserable prize of like 25 py lmao, then keep going after buying more items
So then you can even grind a dragonite this way easily and kick their ass way quicker than grinding in victory road.
