We've seen concept art of Avery with his Slowbro looking in a mirror. Avery has dressed his to also have ruffles and a little hat, but it looks like it's shoulders and arms are the same on both sides.

I like this.
We're all assuming it's poison because it uses Acid, but it could go Ghost. The Acid could just be the games way of communicating the curry spices it uses, or because they wanted a move that wasn't Water Gun, but had a similar base damage.

Maybe it wallows along seashores and riverbanks, where it finds broken-off pieces of Corsola and Cursola, then it uses them as a weapon, or fashions them into pauldrons.

okay so general summary
>galarian slowpoke like eating Galarica seeds - a seed often used in curries
>they're pretty careless about it and end up getting spice all over their heads and tails
>shellder won't clamp onto the slowpoke's tail or head due to the foul fermented (or possibly just spicy-tasting) powder
>poison type pokemon are attracted to the scent
>koffing ends up clamping to it instead of shellder (at least in slowking's case)
if you honestly want to say that this eye, tooth (the lower white circle) and general shape (notice the bump to the left) isn't a koffing covering half of its face (look at how it's angled) then you're in for disappointment come fall

Eh, I was thinking more along the lines of other common Pokemon -- I don't personally see the Legendaries in that category because they're legendaries and they're always unique as fuck.

Perhaps Shellder doesn't like the taste of Galarica seeds (causing it to not latch on) or the poison reacts with them and discolours the yellow patches.

Exactly, Shellder venom is necessary for the evolution, so I don't understand the whole "Slowpoke evolved in order to prevent the source of its evolution" theory.
It makes more sense that the new poison is a substitute, not a deterrent, for Shellder venom. So it's not a matter of Shellders not biting, but rather Shellders aren't necessary for evolution anymore.

Magneton is three combined Magnemites.
Metang is two Beldums combined, Metagross is two Metangs combined, and Mega Metagross is a Metagross combined with a Metang.
