I genuinely dont understand the hate to rotomdex, during the 3 times ive replayed SM i always forget it even exists because i never even see it, its just so out of the way from everything. Is this just a meme or what?

Because I don't want something constantly yakking in my ear. That and I don't like the idea of talking pokemon in general. The design of it is also fucking hideous, it looks like a children's toy rather than a piece of technology.

Rotom is one of my favorite Pokemon, I love the idea of a ghost that inhabits electronics, the original one you catch in DPP that's inhabiting the TV is a great set-up. By concept, I should love the Rotom Dex. But the fact that they had to make him talk just ruins it.
