I wouldn't count on Gen 9 being on the Switch. 2022 is around the time when i'd expect a new Nintendo Console.

I'd say at least 1 more generation and 1 more remake of Gen X. I doubt we will see Gen 10 on the Switch.

I'd say 3 gens. Nintendo doesn't seem to be any rush to ship out an entirely new console in the near future and the Switch is extremely easy to develop for now and has a lot of revisions in it left.

Astral Chain is pretty decent as far as PlatinumGames games goes, but gets extremely repetitive and there's no reason to replay it besides to see different dialog options on a different gender of character

Astral Chain has SOUL but it gets boring sometimes and it's too easy to get S ranks. Still a great game.

At a guess, another batch of games this gen (probably DP remakes or new games that are still technically Gen 8). Probably late 2021-ish.

I could see the Switch easily lasting another 4 years, especially if they re releasing a pro this year, so probably gen 9 in its entirety too.
