Is it just me, or are these the only games that legit don't feel like Pokemon? As bad as gen 7 and 8 are, at least they feel like Pokemon, but XY just feel like a weird fever dream, like some shit-tier romhack that somehow got made into an actual entry. I mean, you'd think it's because they're bad, but gen 7 and 8 are worse and they still have that Pokemon feel. Maybe it's the fact that Gamefreak tried burying these almost as soon as they were released, I don't know.
