Has anyone had any luck trying to transfer Volt Tackle to it?
I have a Pichu with Volt Tackle, open move slot on Pikachu, and it's not transferring. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it just not possible for whatever reason.

Yeah, think of it as some weird bullshit like V-Create where it can only be obtained in different ways. I don't know why V-Tackle needed this restriction considering how shit Pikachu/Raichu are in the first place.
