Why do people complain about the DLC? What if Sword and Shield are going to be the main Pokemon experience on the Switch with new DLC being added on to it periodically to keep the game fresh? All you have to do is just buy the expansions instead of buying the same game over and over for the meager new content

Pokemon should go the World of Warcraft route, it's so much more convenient to have all your Pokemon on one game and just have new content put in to the game you already have so you don't have to keep transferring them over and over every time the system changes

Plus, it takes a lot less time to develop the DLC than a whole brand new game, so we'll have more frequent experiences to enjoy
