I think Ice is worse for anything not fast. Grass has some interesting interactions witn other types like making grass/rock amazing STAB or hoe shockingly good grass/poison is.

A shitton of Pokemon are only good because they have broken Abilities. Replace the -Surge Abilities on the Tapu with Telepathy and watch them plummet, or just look at where Pelipper was before someone decided that yes, the toilet bird deserves the same Ability as the fucking God of the Seas. The fact of the matter is that getting not one but two non-legendary non-Mega monotypes into the clusterfuck that was Gen VII OU is a damn good indication that Grass is far from being the worst type to have.

Grassfags have the worst victim complex, since it isn't even justified. They're like that guy who mains an high-mid tier character in fighting games, but because he is a scrub and doesn't actually know anything about the game, he complains that his character is bottom tier and that he hardloses to every top tier character, even though any decent player knows this is demonstrably false, despite having never bothered to lab anything.

Its nice in doubles. Chlorophyll + After You can be extremely useful with a Poke like Torkoal, Helping Hand is nice, Leaf Storm is ok good damage, Sleep Powder / Aromatherapy / Heal Bell are useful, Worry Seed depending on team comp, Healing Wish when its job is done. Its pretty trash in singles tho.

I loved using her in BW's main story, was my first non-Audino shaking grass encounter and just did the equivalent of pubstomping the story.
I wish her move-set was better for the sake of battling fellow trainers, a pure grass move-set is pretty lame, and concerning the newest gen, losing out on any form of Hidden Power coverage is even worse.

lol no. The worst type unpaired, by far, is Ice. Strong offensive capabilities aside, it ONLY resists itself and is usually too slow to make use of its offense. Grass is resistant to Ground, Water, and Grass, immune to powder and spore moves, AND Leech Seed. Ice is immune to... Sheer Cold and freezing. It sucks.

Not to mention twin 120BP STAB attacks, perfect coverage in the third moveslot, powerful priority, U-turn, decent secondary offensive stat for a mixed wallbreaker set, speed to outrun common scarfers after Chlorophyll, easy team support from a hazards lead, etc, etc...

Literally a worthless type, it grants you weakness to fighting and ground. It doesn't resist the most common offensive moves in the fucking game so it's a shit type.

Quiver Dance + Chlorophyll make Lilligant great and it was one of only 2 good alternatives to Venusaur in Sun Teams, the other was Roserade.

Honestly, if I'm making a sun team, the only two Chlorophyll users I think of is Lilligant or Venusaur. The rest really don't work well on one.

Tangrowth is better off doing its defensive role than trying to be a sun sweeper with Chlorophyll.
