If anything our criticism has helped stave it off by keeping Pokémon in people's minds but it is factually going downhill all around.
Devs are starting to not be able to deal with us criticizing them, likely knowing full well they could have and should have done better if they're not in power and the players are driving each other crazy while more and more on each side fuck off as time goes on.
The fact that only 6 out of 120 people, over 70 of which I know had been with the series for 15 or more years on my friends list bought it is quite telling.
And they're not being replaced by a new influx of children because the last person you want to treat like a child in teaching them how to play something, is a child.
These games are not for children, they're too stupid and children know it.
