What are some potentially really OP raid setups like Pic Related (if all 4 had Steely Spirit?

the abilities get nullified after the first(?) shield break anyway so who cares. Just use Zacian

Drizzle Pelipper + 3 CB Dracovish.
But I think that 4 HA Perrserker is really the strongest setup.
