Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've seen even though Marnie was undoubtedly very popular, she didn't really reach Lillie levels of fame, now did she? Of course there's tons of fanart and stuff but it's nowhere near Lillie's levels, and now with Klara it's dying out even more.

Now? No, she's popular ofc, but not at Lillie/Cynthia/Korrina/Elessa level.

Also, example related, some local medias are talking now about the new future of Pokemon having DLCs and mentioned previous games (keeping on mind that Lillie is one the most popular characters in the country, and small mention of Zinnia):

No exactly, I just mentioned some examples, non-blonde and popular as fuck too are Erika, Jasmine and Flanney.
