>>42388584Isle of Amor doesn’t look “tropical” exactly, it looks Oceanic. Look at some vids online of the Isle of Man and you can see a lot of beach and ocean views with the same kind of cliffs.
However, I do think when they say “based on,” they don’t mean exclusively, and the Isles of Scilly were an inspiration too, which apparently have the same kind of clear lagoons and flat island patterns and are also obscure but still in the UK islands.
Just like how the Crown Tundra seems to have conflated the Highlands with Edinburgh landmarks and Shetland. Btw, even as far north as Scotland there are islands with palm trees, in the Hebrides
