>[Rotom-Mow] from B+ to A-: While not quite as prevalent as Rotom-Heat, Rotom-Mow has established itself as a legitimate threat with the Substitute + Nasty Plot set. It takes advantage of common bulkier presences like Toxapex and Ferrothorn, setting up in their face and proceeding to unleash strong, boosted attacks. It is a far cry from being top tier still, but Rotom-Mow is solid enough to land in A-.
>[Rotom-Wash] from A- to B: Rotom-Wash struggles with Seismitoad, has a lot of potential usage taken away by Rotom-Heat and the recently surging Rotom-Mow, and struggles to carve out a specific niche to warrant changing up team structures to integrate it as the primary Water type and finding another way to take advantage of normal countermeasures to it. It has fallen off and dropped a fair amount because of this.

Seismitoad for both. Wash can't do much in the current meta, but Heat can deal with the Steel types and Mow can deal with the Water/Ground's with Water Absorb.

Clef has been S rank during at least some point in every gen since it became Fairy. It's basically expected at this point that basically every meta from gen 6 forward will eventually shake out to put Clef on top.

Either the opponent switch out with seismitoss, either he stays cause he predicted you predicting the switch and using dragon rush or something.
But I use conkeldurr instead, andI always find in this kind of situation wondering of I should go for a poison stab or a close combat

You need a beat of chip (like everyone at 70~80% iirc) but Cloyster can sweep after one Shell Smash.
Clefable doesn't have Unaware yet and Modest is the Fotm so it's not a problem.

To put into perspective, Clefable essentially has 142 Special Attack after Life Orb, 95/73/90 Bulk with a Mono Fairy typing, Reliable recovery, so many coverage moves to hit everything without Hidden Power, and is also immune to Hazards, Sand, and is unaffected by Toxic damage (where if it does get hit by Toxic or Burned, it is now immune to paralysis and freeze)
