The white pattern on Urshifu could be its armor. It also didn't fight with any weapons like Zacian's sword or Zamazenta's shield, it just use its paws to attack.
Calyrex's flower bud on its head will definitely bloom to look like a crown for its alternative form.

The whole theme of Isle of Armor is "growth", and Kubfu is pretty much all about training, hardwork, and tenacity.
If there has to be an "absolute", I'd say endurance/tenacity, though I personally don't believe there's an "absolutes" theme between all 4 of these Legendaries.

The scepter I posted is part of the Crown Jewels of England.
If you want to believe Calyrex has a tiny body with stick figure legs as a joke, that's fine, but I'm pretty sure it's to match the silhouette of a staff.

It can also be both. There's nothing wrong with dual references. Though between a crown and a scepter, I'll have to say that a crown is probably the primary theme, and scepter secondary. The logo is more evocative of a crown, and a crown is also much more recognizable as a royal symbol.

It's the mascot Legendary for the Isle of Armor DLC. It just has a pre-evolution (who is also considered a Legendary), two different variants, and two G-Maxes for each variant.

There's definitely an absolutes theme between Zacian and Zamazenta. They're based on the paradox of the spear and the shield, with the spear replaced with a sword.
And Calyrex's dex entry says it sees the past, present, and future. Not sure if that's deliberately part of the theme, but it seems like an absolute.
