Why do you think there will be dungeons? The footage clearly showed another Wild Area, but with island and snow flavoring instead.

They showed the regi building which should be a dungeon. The caves we explore in co-op mode, should be dungeons. In the sketches of the first DLC we can see some caves access.

No. We have had multiple caves recently that are just corridors with a cave-aesthetic. These will likely be just that instead of proper dungeons. "Hurr you can go into dens!" means nothing, they will be just as shitty as the galar mines.
