Because only a fucking nintendrones can go buy the dual pack at 120$+ the DLC for 60$, online, home and the pokeball sold at 50$

Kids would rather play a game of fortnite where they're actually challenged by other players gameplay, having a real co-op to play with their friends and not just be stuck to trading/battling rather than getting a victory by a brain dead IA

That's what a lot of people seem to ignore. A sizable portion of customers dropped HUNDREDS hoping the game would be good. They had steelbooks and shit as a preorder offering and I'm still mad NoA gave exclusive rights to Target, who threw it behind a "hope you have our credit card" paywall.

I mean, even assuming the other copy got gifted to someone else, there was a surge of Switch sales coinciding with the game. So people were dropping $300-$400 JUST for this game.

To bring it back to >>42402856 it's not really accurate to say a parent is spending $300-400 JUST for this game. They will inevitably buy several other nintendo titles to continue distracting their child.

But why can't we just transfer over the old mons like we could in every other game? We're not saying they should spawn in the wild. But we should be able to use them if we're paying for a service like Home.
