Now including Cascanian forms + evolutions.

Still need to think about Cascanian Chatot's evolution. Cascanian Chatot's design is themed after Grunge pop culture.

i think i criticized your old water starter before but i really like the new one. also really love the regional variants
its no grandfather clock evolution/mega that i've always wanted but that noctowl beats real noctowl by a long shot
the senret and furret/new evo(?) are top tier among all fakemon for me.
all in all, very good.
do you have any plans to add cuter or goofier mons? these are all pretty good but real pokemon has a nice balance of cool and cute designs and most of these are on the cool side

The grass and fire starter look way too similar. I'd rather have the grass starter be on all fours even if it looks like a Zacian knockoff. I mean you can just ditch the stick and go for a different approach.
Middle fire starter's face looks bad, face too flat, where's the snout?
The water starter final evo I remember you said that it's supposed to look like a native american warrior, I don't see that anywhere in the design. Not a big fan on the eye placement, would rather have the eyes be like its preevo.
The first form of the regional bug is okay, but the second and third is just no. Why does the cocoon stage look bigger than the final fly stage? The fly is just too small and looks like an unevolved pokémon.
iirc you also had a BRAP mon in your dex, if it still in your dex, just cut it. Some design ideas should stay in your head.
Pseudo is cool at least.
Every other mon + Regional forms look kind of bland.

I like the water starter a lot more. The legendary is cool and simple. I think the first stage of the pseudo-legendary needs something more. It's so bland, like it's just an excuse to get to the last stage. Maybe go the Dratini route and make it cute.

'Harp'y eagle? Doesn't have to necessarily have a harp on its design, but it would fit since Chatot is a parrot, which are commonly found in South America, the harpy eagle is a South American eagle, and the USA's national animal is an eagle. Plus both parrots and eagles make very loud noises. The harpy eagle also has a crest, which could continue on Chatot's musical note theme.

Honestly the only significant difference is the color scheme and the way the snowy beard plays out. It you actually told me that the former evolved into the latter though, I'd probably believe you. They look similar enough to be evolutions.

this is not even true?
the only real similarity is the snowflake motif which OP obviously did because its a snowy owl version of noctowl, and noctowl has a similar head crest

Fire started is still weak and I'm not sure why the water starter gets a duck bill in the final stage, but it's much better than whatever the previous water starter was.

I believe the regional bug middle stage needs more details
unless you recognize the reference. it really seems something random
the legendary is also lacking that something that makes you think it's an actual legendary it's probably because it's not scaled though
still a good loking pokedex.
I would love to see a chatot's evolution
