Yes, considering nintendo doesn't fully own the rights to those series.. for a game to be considered 1st party they would need to own the whole thing and they obviously do not since it's shared with creatures and gamefreak.

Honestly, with how Japanese gaming is, I'm surprised it's not $5 for each Pokemon line. There's japanese games with $100+ dlc that's nothing but clothing at $4 a pop.
