I just started Pokemon Shield for the first time.
But after playing for half an hour to an hour, I noticed that none of the text boxes had their respective nametags.
From what little footage I've seen of the game I still knew that this should be a thing, and after the quick google search I just did I can confirm that it should indeed be a thing. But it wasn't at thing in my game from just earlier now.

What gives? What? Can I fix this? Why is my game broken? I haven't even played it before. It's my first time booting the game up and things are already fucky?

Please. Please explain. I kind of hate this.
