>>42418168Character development is definitely not the main quality of the manga, especially for women. It's really about the world of One Piece as a whole and Luffy's trip happens to be one of the most important parts of the history. At least that's how I feel about it.
Over all the manga is a good nekketsu but too fucking long to be worth reading rn. The end of the current arc and the end of the manga have some great potential, though, but we all know that nekketsu tend to have highly shitty ends..
