So would it be like a Super-Psuedo or something?
It fits all the criteria other than its BST, which is higher.
Seems kinda weird to me that a Pokemon that fits all the criteria for the term except for one portion where it actually over-excels wouldn't be classified in some similar manner.

The criteria isn't "600 or more", but "600" exactly.
In Japan, they refer to the pseudo group as the "600 club".

All pseudos also evolve at later levels as well. Slaking evolves from Vigoroth at 36, so it doesn't meet that criteria either. It's why the pseudos are also called late bloomers.

Slaking has a huge BST because it has a hindering ability as part of its gimmick.
It obviously wasn't designed to part of that group, even if it does fit by some technicality.
