I was low 1300s in OU but then i got tilted one night and tanked it

The loop for me right now is
Get randomly motivated to play climb the ladder -> end up going 4-3 or 5-4 or something -> stamina dries up, I barely move up at all -> repeat 2 days later

I used to play a lot in Gen 6, which this is from, but I got demotivated by Tapus and UBs in Gen 7. I might pick up Gen 8 eventually but it's hard to knowing the meta is going to be warped by the DLCs anyway.
