Why is he so shit?
Are seriously, +28 poits of hp, +30 atk, +15 def, +5 spdef, +2 spd... All it takes to go from unusable bottom garbage shitmon to top meta-level threat?

I mean +30 attack is significant, but there rest of the stats are just marginally better, but Dragon Dance and an immunity to ground are not enough to make it up?
