Gamefreak said more Pokémon would not be patched in. Gamefreak said they would never participate in dlc practices. They lied. They removed the postgame legendaries and areas and Pokémon they wanted to inhabit those areas and now they cost $30.

With the trailer only 2 months after launch there’s no way this wasn’t all planned. Any other developer would be receiving massive backlash right now. It’s literally one of the scummiest dlc announcements ever because the base game is so barebones and already had controversy.

It hurts to say but I think Pokémon is dying.
