I'm not sure about the natdex meta, not really playing showdown lately, but you usually want a set with king's shield, sword dance, and two stabs, using leftovers
you can switch sword dance with another offensive move like shadow sneak or sacred sword, or run him with a special set
to take your opponent off guard you can also run a full offensive set with sword dance and three offensive moves+ life orb, but then aegislash would be really frail
I'm not sure if he can now learn nasty plot

HP and attack tends to be best, though HP and SpA is a valid option and you can even do Att/SpA if you just want four attacks
I'd always have King's Shield, two STAB and the last slot is up to you
