Having 130 and 100 attacking stats make it a serviceable mixed tank attacker. Scald Quake is still a good tank attacking set and fitting in Stealth rock and Toxic so it isnt walled by hydreigon, Protect so it doesnt die quickly and adding a turn of lefties recovery, Ice beam to hit 4x weak mons and not get walled by literally any grass types. 70 speed just so if it chooses to run a scarf set, a jolly swampert can outspeed non jolly Hawlucha and KO it back with its coverage moves. Band is also an OK set with its decent bulk of 100/100/100 defenses. You can EV it to avoid certain KO's but this is my version of buffing a mon without making it bannable to Ubers level.
