There's something so fucking comfy about how soft and delicate it sounds; like an ocean of pillows in audio form. As a kid, I could never sleep properly unless the AC was on, even if it was only set to "fan mode".

Pokemon KidsTV is mainly just a rebranding of those silly songs they used to put on Youtube occasionally (I think they were tied to a Japanese Pokemon club webpage), like the Mimikyu song. Once in a while they'd randomly put English versions of them on Youtube.

Same reason they didn't advertise "Pokémon de English" in the early 2000s (or make a Japanese-learning counterpart). Because it's just meant to "help" Japanese kids learn English; in that case, it was by showing Japanese episode scenes and then 4kids's counterparts (as bizarre as they may seem as a method for translation, give that 4kids was always loose with the translations). In this case, it's by showing a Japanese version of the song, then it in English, and then it in Japanese, hoping Japanese kids will be able to learn English by comparing them.

By contrast, TPCi does not presume that their target audience (~9-year-olds) has any use for learning Japanese, or at least certainly not to the extent that Japanese kids have a use for learning English.
