The 1st thing that comes to mind is Clangorous Soul/Follow Me support so you'll need to lead it w/Togekiss. Then you'll want something that it can switch into that'll deal with Fairy Types like maybe Excradrill if you can't play around the dazzling gleam so it doesn't get hit.

You probably will want to ditch Flash cannon for Protect on Kommo-o. Also the problem could probably be that a 1 Stage Attack boost isn't enough since Dragon isn't that good of a STAB. So try a Grimmsnarl w/Flatter, Fake Out, T Wave + Foul Play and give your Kommo O the Lum Berry. Ideally you want to Fake Out then Clang and then afterwards try to get a Flatter of on Kommo O the following turns or if you can't Grimmsnarl's support moves help out immensly. Also consider using an Arcanine on your team to put in the back. Kommo-O's Def boost from clang plus a an intimidate would render any physical attackers useless plus you have a chance to get a Will O Wisp on the opponent's most troublesome physical attacker next turn. Of course if they lead a Fairy Type like Togekiss I don't have to tell you to switch out Kommo-O bit consider using a Rotom on your team as well to deal with it reliably.

I immediatedly realized how Whimsicott/Togekiss leads are so much trouble so you were right to use Flash Cannon OP. I'd argue it's more important than Aura Sphere definitely.

T1 Flattered Kommo-O, Dynamaxed it and Max Wyrmwind into ExcaDrill. He hit Grimmsnarl w/ an Iron Head and TTar protected.

T2 I switch into Arcanine and just Max Wyrmwind again knocking out Excadrill which he left in for some reason. TTar is now at -3, turns out that it was a Special Attacking TTar and it hits Arcanine w/ Earth Power.

I still lost because I let Chandelure kill Kommo-O and was left w/ out a way to deal with Gastrodon but after some refinement the matchup against Sand should be very winnable which is a plus.

Drop Flash Cannon for Protect. Don't even try to stay in against Fairies. Drop Rapid Spin and Dragon Dance for Protect on Excadrill and Tyranitar. Drop Air Slash for Helping Hand or Yawn on Togekiss. If the other team has a Togekiss or Whimsicott, lead with Drill/TTar, and take them out, otherwise lead with Kommo-o and Togekiss and Clang + Follow Me, but keep Excadrill in the back.

Hi OP. Practicing with it again but added in a way to stop TR. Lead Arcanine/Duraludon then Bulldoze to set off Dura's WP and use either Max Darkness or Steelpike to oneshot the setter.

Ok, so the biggest problem w/the Grimmsnarl Kommo-O lead is fucking Dynamaxed Togekiss. I'm considering dropping the TWave on Grimmsnarl for LightScreen plus adding a mon I can switch in on a starfall and use some form of speed control. Probably Corviknight since that can also help w/ the rain matchup by Airstreaming Ludi. Idk because Prankster TWave is really good. I honestly might be thinking about it in the completely wrong way also . Any thoughts?

Every team has either Whimsicott, Grimmsnarl, Togekiss, or Sylveon.

Since Whimsicott especially is a problem, OP should be running a steel type alongside Kommo to deter it. Excadrill, Lucario, Aegislash, or Duraludon.

Problem w/ that is Kommo-O isn't powerful enough offensively to be great without setting up and none of those steel types have redirection. So you're either forced to switch it out which kills some of you're momentum or just bring it in the back but you're still gonna have to figure out a way to setup. Alternatively you can run specs but potentially locking yourself into a dragon type move is pretty bad.

i have a question regarding Gastrodon actually, i've casually been breeding out some decent 5IV ones yadayada with random IVs, but which nature should i be going for? Is Bold nature the go-to?
I'm assuming i'd want to live a power whip if i ever have to.
And do i run offensive investment in it or do i flat out just max HP and defense?
