It's only decent because of knock off being not very accessible anymore.
Once HOME comes out, it's gonna be useless once Pokemon like Weavile and Bisharp will have a STAB knockoff to absolutely gimp it.
Hydreigon also vaporizes it currently

This thing isn't nearly as tanky as chansey and a STAB supereffective Knock Off from a Bisharp and Weavile will make it impossible for it to switch in.

Chansey can actually recover HP if the opponent is behind a substitute, can actually wall every special attacker with no real exceptions (while Corsola can't wall every physical attacker) and will have a source of momentum in the current gen, too.
