For starters, I'd put their Defense at a minimum of 60 and their Sp. Def at 48 to correspond, with Attack and Sp. Atk being 30.
How about Speed? Perhaps safe-guessing a Base Speed of 2 based on the likes of Escavelier and Vikavolt would suffice?
