Then give it an evolved form so it can use Eviolite. It only has 474 BST, you could make an evolved form that has 540 BST that shifts around some stats, switches abilities up, or gains a new typing so that it does something different from Hariyama. That way Hariyama can be your big bulky brick Fighting type and the evolved form does something a little different, maybe it's faster, or part Water type, or got a new ability that lets it gain an attack boost whenever a foe leaves the battlefield (either through switching or from getting Whirlwinded or Circle Throwed), at least that's the kind of ability I'd give a new one, anyway. That way it can be like Porygon 2 and the evolved form can be like Porygon Z, one as a brick-like bulkster and one that does something different.
