Mira, she specializes in Pokémon with huge Special Attack. You first encounter her in Wayward Cave where she is lost looking for something. She tags along with you to help her.
Marley, she specializes in Pokémon with high speed. You first encounter her in another part of Victory Road after completing the Elite Four. She tags along with you to reach Route 224.
You can battle them all in Battleground and they will appear in the Battle Tower in both DPPt and HGSS.
