Ghastly has white gas and red body, eyes are crosses and smiles
Haunter is white and has red hands, the spikes look like clown hats, same cross eyes
Gengar looks like a clown punching bag, floats instead of walking, almost round in shape, has a stripe pattern in the belly, red gloves as hands and the spikes in the back are red bubbles (like a long wig), cross eyes as well.
It loves to create poltergeists juggling objects, uses the bubbles in its back to attack (as juggling balls)
Lore wise, the ghastly line was used by circuses a century ago, adopting psychic powers to help during their goofy acts, but they stopped being popular and many circuses were abandoned, however they still practice hoping to entertain wanderers
