While a lot of them just go 'Gwooo' or 'Gwappa' or some shit, there are still several overworld pokemon that say portions of their name in every gen. Fuck, there's a Jigglypuff in Pewter City that even does the song. Sometimes in the localisation they're straight up using parts of the pokemon's japanese names and it isn't as noticable, Colloseum is especially guilty of this, literally every overwolrd pokemon does it.
