I disagree, imo the games just got easier to finish as time went on. Gen 7 was like a piece of cake for me.

Gen 7 is pretty much harder than Gens 1, 2, or 6 by every metric possible, and by most metrics for 4 and 5.
You're just not as bad at the game as you were as a kid

It's harder than sun I can tell you that. I felt like I only struggled on Lusamine. Otherwise FRLG I had so many moments I just got fucked over and if you ask me that game only had one moment that the difficulty wasn't called for and that was victory road's level spike.

Really? what is the bossmon for each game/series/gen?

I know up until Gen 4, you could beat everything with just simply your starter.

the first time i fought ultra necrozma i thought it was a fight you were supposed to lose and then when it sent me back there i got all frustrated and pisssd off. that fight was one of the hardest in-game fights because i was so unprepared for it. it took me over an hour to get lucky and get it KOd

My team was walled completely by him, I was using the leftover pokemon I hadn't used from SM, bunch of slow fucks all weak to his STAB attacks. Only one I had that could stand up to it was Alolan Muk, and even then Toxicing the fuck wasn't working. Had to overlevel everyone to beat it.

Since sword and shield didnt seems appealing I bought ultra sun used a few weeks ago, to see what i missed before that. Was expecting an easy 3ds pokemon gameand started playing it casually but got my ass kicked. This game demand some grinding and to search for the right pokemon to advance in it, unlike previous games where you didnt have to think too much about it. The cutscene and dialogues are still shit but the gameplay is good
