Seriously? They’re functionally the same Pokémon but swapped attacking stats and the physical counterpart has less to work with

I have to wonder if at this point they're including convoluted evolution methods with no in-game hints just because Ishihara wants to sell more strategy guides to children who don't know how to use Google.

Unironically they're one of the few devs that understands how something being obscure and convoluted makes it cooler and brings people together in trying to solve it. If only they had some places in the map design where they applied that more.

Figuring out evo methods for Farfetch'd, Yamask, Milcery, and how Toxel worked was fun.

Games would be a lot better with more methods like these, but also actual map and secret areas to explore.
