Hail now gives a "solid rock/filter" type buff to ice types. Some new ice type exclusive moves.

Ice version of stealth rock. Ice types are immune to it.

Heat Sap.
Status
Strength Sap clone, but for speed instead.

Ice Slick
Physical
90 BP
Damage is calculated using the foe's speed stat, rather than the user's offenses. Foe loses 1 speed.

If GF is so intent on defensive ice types, then let's give the existing ones some new tools since the fast offensive ones are fine.
